    Hi!

Great video, very informative. Will you being doing a step-by-step ayurveda hair powder paste application? If you could that would be great. Love your hair!

  2. ReviveUK says:

Thanks whs! I only use the herbal powders mixed in with my deep conditioner or to make oil infusions (they can be drying for afro hair when used alone), so could do a couple of tutorials on that :0)

I use Hesh brand hair powders in my deep conditioners and to make tea rinses, I also use them in a paste to scrub my scalp and it actually moisturizes my hair!

This is soooooo awesome. I just discovered these products recently. I love them.

    Thank youuuuuuuuuuuuuu!!!!!1

  8. ReviveUK says:

Ur Welcome Kizzaren…how do you use the powders? I love making herbal oils with them and adding a teaspoon or so to the deep conditioner

  9. kizzaren says:

I mix the Aritha into my Aubrey Organics shampoo and then apply it to my scalp like a paste. Since I use two different shampoos for my hair and scalp – it works perfectly.

I then use a dark henna treatment – mixed in with a deep conditioner. And – I’ve been trying to figure out a way to use the Brahmi and Alma to my final deep conditioner – your suggestion to make an oil out of the herbs by steeping it for an hour is perfect. I looooooove that suggestion – because that eliminates the grainy residue that the powders leave.

Thanks for sharing Kizzaren…if you have a look at the Apple Cider Vinegar..la la la video, that has the tail end of an Ayurvedic Oil Infusion I was making…
also could you add a couple of teaspoons in and mix them up..it does make your deep c a little green tho :0)
