Natural Skincare: Chemical Peels

A safe and effective way to exfoliate your skin to reveal a youthful, glowing complexion is with a peel. My favorite fruit enzyme peel is the Fruit Fiesta Peel from Mychelle. www.mychelleusa.com Retails for , and they often have sales For a slightly more mild peel, you can also try the Incredible Pumpkin Peel (it’s just as wonderful!)

I use a triple fruit enzyme peel that I bought online from MakeupArtistChoice website (you can use RetainMeNot with them also!). They have a lot of products up there, peels, makeup, masks, makeup brushes, etc. Check them out if you haven’t and let me know what you think :)

Great video! Is it possible to make your own effective enzyme exfoliator at home?

  8. TheSilverLining80 says:

Thanks! Yeah, I’m sure there are some recipes you could find online using fruit or pumpkin puree. I’ll have to look into that! : )

Haha! I too love SATC and that episode was hilarious. Tidbit, did you know that actually happened to Kim Catrell in real life?

Anyhoo, I love peels/exfoliants. I’ve had both chemical and natural peels in the past; I seem to harbor better results with the chems. I will try this one though.

thanks for the video. do you think a chemical peel is better than exfoliating with a facial scrub?

  12. TheSilverLining80 says:

A chemical peel is going to give you a nice exfoliation without the scratching/irritation that a scrub can sometimes cause. I still use a scrub occasionally, but I definitely prefer the fruit fiesta peel.

Hi, thanks very much for these reviews. I already purchased pumpkin renew cream from mychelle. It’s going good so far :) I have a question: I have mild (hormonal) acne and sensitive skin. I used dr.murad chemical peeling before which supposed to be a very gentle peeling compared to other brands in Sephora. However, it made me break out :( Do you know the difference between mychelle peel and other chemical peels? I would like to try this but am afraid of breaking out !! Thanks:))
