The turmeric could possible stain because of the highly pigmented nature of the spice. If you are worried about staining the skin, use the ground almond mixture instead of the turmeric mixture.

It really works if you keep doing it for about 2 months or so. The lemon juice helps to exfoliate and so does the almond.
