    this was really helpful. I have eczmas and I normal use dthis oil on my hair, but now I will try it out on my skin as I have suffered with eczema since a baby, and havent really found anything that really helps, except bathing in the sea and the sun. Will keep you up to date, thanks. Cx :-) . Q: what is hemp oil? whats it good for?

    i only use these oils at night because their to strong unless its winter. sometimes i really spend time on my skin during the day. OIL CLEANSE WASH WITH OLAY REGENERIST DO ONE OF HER FABULOUS MASKS RINSE OFF THEN APPLY ALMOND OIL OR GRAPESEED OIL BACK ON MY FACE EYELIDS TOO. I LOOK LIKE A SASSY 20 year old the next morning. i am almost 30 btw. these oils work better then eye creams
