Your videos are always on time! Im already subscribed to your channel, but here I am at this very moment, searching for a solution to this acne problem I am currently experiencing and you upload this vid tonight –thanks. My forehead literally has a few dozen tiny pimples, the rest of my face is clear. I’ve been eating a lot of fat lately, particularly cashew and almond nuts. I just began a detox today

no fruit and fat together? but how do so many people clear their acne on the wai diet? their main point is to always eat fruit with fat to balance blood sugar levels.

  9. RawRadiantHealth says:

I stated that if someone’s acne doesn’t clear up on a general 100% raw food diet after 6 months, than they have to not mix fruits & fats for a few weeks to a few months to let it clear up. Some people, not all, have a compromised digestive system that the mixing of sugar and fats causes digestive issues and contributes to acne.

  10. ravendream33 says:

We have spoken about Wai’s diet recently…..One thing she did advocate, which I did not agree with was drinking lots of fruit juice mixed with olive oil. Even though I did eat fruits and raw fish like her, I never drank oil/juice mixtures I only ate low glycemic fruits while on her diet, like tomatoes, cucumbers, zucchini, berries, grapefruits, and avoided very sweet things like dates, honey, pineapple, so then there is no need to worry about spiking blood sugar. I ate avocados for fat.

    @canadianwargod
Fat and fruit don’t mix. The fat messes up blood sugar levels if you consume sugar rich foods as well. I used to have loads of fatigue until I cut out the fat. Now I can eat LOADS of fruit every day and have loads of energy for long extended periods even if I miss meals.

    Very interesting video!

I love makeup, but have never been a big moisturizing fan.

  13. soursopsoup says:

    good advice. thanks:)

  14. canadianwargod says:

weird thing is, I feel the same with the exact opposite approach as you lol. Eating fruit alone puts me to sleep, but when I eat fruit with fat, I get super energized for hours. We’ll see if my skin starts goin haywire on me ; )

  15. AntarcticSake says:

thanks for the great videos!! :)
I was wondering-what is your view on tanning? I know the general rule of thumb is sunscreen when tanning…BUUUUT, if you’re eating a raw food diet, wouldn’t all the vitamins and nutrients be able to soak up a lot of the free radicals in the skin? Or is this just wishful thinking?!

  16. lxvlx says:

Hey Natasha, I have a question on the side: is there much difference between the excalibur 2900 economy 9 tray dehydrator, and the deluxe 3900 model? .. the deluxe costs an extra $40. Which one do you recommend?

Thanks for your help if you can give it :)

  17. lxvlx says:

It will be my first dehydrator so I’m kinda ignorant.. and Im getting it sent from America (to NZ), so I wanna make the right choice :) .

  18. beyuo08 says:

    ***** :)

  19. Avrilxxxmac says:

would it not be that one has a timer and one doesn’t? I’ve just purchased the Ex 9 tray with a 26hr timer.

  20. heyimchels says:

    THANKSSSS SOOOOOOO MUCH!

  21. lxvlx says:

I spoke to someone else and they said the only diff was the 3900 had a 10 year warranty (2900 has only 5), and slightly better quality parts.

  22. umbrellabread says:

    I think you are brilliant!

  23. legojoker111 says:
