i do the cold water at the end of my shower and it has made a pretty big difference. my hair is soooo much silkier

thanks for the tips but i heard avocado is great for your hair and eggs ive tried eggs and it does work but not avocado and for skin egg works great!!!!!i love it!seperate the white stuff from the yellow apply the white first wait until its dry (like if you got botox and cant smile)lol then wash it of, next do the same with the yellow,you can use it as a mouisturizer wash it off, next apply an ice all over your face until it mealts and finally use your skin care cleanser:) i love it!
