i had bad skin for years.. & i refuse to go on birth control right now. i don’t have like the normal acne that can be treated with proactive & skin id. i have nodules (cyst like things). i only got like 1 or 2 at a time, but they were really painful & annoying. i went to sooo many skin specialists & tried so many things (wasted sooo much money).. & my last skin specialist finally prescribed a reallyyyy low dosage of blood pressure meds. it works really well.

E45 is good, helps alot if you have dry skin
I use oxy. It makes my facce feel soft but doesn’t really work. The oxy spot treatment made the spots I put it on all red ugh!
I have a acne therapy. a phosphate and benzoyl peroxide gel (looks like cream). once in the evening. It’s like a night facial treatment…that work… but if I forget that…my acne is back… I want a beautiful skin without to use products…

Thanks for this video! I also had HORRIBLE skin in High School. My skin is still not perfect and BC pills is also the only thing that has helped! We must have hormonal acne. SUCKS! Thanks again love your videos!
@beansprout85 same for me! I took yaz a year or so ago and my skin cleared up so nicely!! But I stopped taking it and now my face is horrible
i heard that yaz is a bad birth control though.. but when i took it i didn’t get any side effects at all and it really helped my skin. Now i’m scared to use it.. and plus I don’t want to have to depend on the pill to clear up my skin.. I want something more permanent 
@NextSuperstar88 – google Elisa Allergy testing and Acne. Try cutting out all dairy from your diet, then evaluate in two weeks. it worked for me.
Adult onset acne..I tried everything including accutane..the only thing that worked was colonics, probiotics, and oil of oregano..do those three things and I guarantee you will see results!
